Yuri University v0.60 now available!

Hello everyone,

After many, many months and lots of setbacks, v0.60 is finally ready for release!

The main feature of the update is the new party: easily the biggest, most ambitious scene I've ever done! It contains over 1,000 images and more than 120 animations, including some of the most complex animations I've created.

That aside, there's a lot of general polish. The max day has been increased from 50 to 80. The prologue has had a new lick of paint. The main menu and the day tracker have had a facelift.

After an early release to patrons last week, a bug was found in the new party, so this is v0.60.1, which includes a fix for that error.

The new version is available now via megaupload for donations of $10 or more, including if you've donated that in the past. A week from now (30th of March) it'll be free for everyone!

I've also added a couple of new rewards for donors. For $5+, you get a zip file of 6, 4k resolution SFW "thank-you" images, one from each main character. They come in both signed and unisgned variants. These are the same images used in the new startup of the game, but in 4k resolution and without any logos.

Also, for $15+, you get the NSFW "thank-you" images, again one of each main character. These are also in 4k resolution, and are totally exclusive to itch!

Yuri University – v0.60 changelog

New content:

• Day 60 exam added.

  • Five new questions for each subject, slightly harder than the first exam. As in the first, each correct answer gains +1 knowledge.

  • Pass the exam (60+ knowledge required) to unlock a new party scene.

• Day 60 group party added.

  • 1,004 images.

  • 128 animations, including some longer and more complex animations.

  • Each character has two different main events and an ending focusing on them. Try replaying the scene to see everything.

• 44 new “sleeping with” images added.

New features:

• New main menu screen implemented.

• New splashscreen image thanking patrons added, 6 versions.

• The day and money tracker in the top left of the screen has been updated, and now includes player stats. You can hover over/tap each stat to learn more about it.

• You can now invite someone to spend the night with you in your room.

  • The option only appears at night, in place of the “take a nap” option.

  • Must meet a relationship level threshold first (4+ for Scarlett, 3+ for everyone else).

  • Each girl has three different sleeping pics and three different morning pics, displayed randomly.

Tweaks and adjustments:

• Introduction partially revamped.

  • New beginning section, 9 images.

  • 63 images reshot.

  • 5 new animations, some old animations removed.

  • New tutorial popups added.

  • Old tutorial section removed.

• Masturbation streamlined.

  • Each masturbation type now has only two options: bottomless/underwear, or nude.

  • The bottomless/underwear option is available as long as the masturbation type is unlocked, and is a quick scene.

  • The nude option requires some lewdness, and is a longer, more involved scene.

  • Locked masturbation types are now hinted at with “???” menu options, that give a small hint when clicked.

  • Many animations have been replaced with newer ones with smaller file sizes.

  • 103 old images and 89 old animations have been removed.

• Maximum day increased from 50 to 80.

• Time travel when reaching max day increased from one week to two weeks.

• “Help” section of phone renamed to “Guide”.

• Morning events in guide given their own section seperate from random events.

• Removed the rollback block when finishing a test – you can now rollback after seeing your results if you wish.

• Polished the replay gallery a little to make the appearance more consistent, and added the day and stats tracker to replayed scenes.

• Incresead lewdness gain from masturbating in prologue from +1 to +2.

• Added dialogue variants to some early scenes if an experienced player encounters them later in the game.

  • These vary in the extent of changes, from a single line to many.

  • Ashley scenes 1, 2 and 3, BFF scenes 1, 2 and 3, Ezri scene 1, Hannah scene 1 and Emily scene 1 all have variants.

• Changed the TV images in film night scene 3 and Ashley scene 3.

• Reshot a few early animations

  • Hannah scene 1.

  • Scarlett scene 1.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed Scarlett not correctly going to the living room on weekend nights after level 2.

• Fixed the replay of Alex’s scene 1 not correctly giving all dialogue choices.

• Fixed first morning telly with Ashley and Hannah scene being viewable at any relationship level.

• Fixed a couple of typos.

Known issues:

• Android version: if you previously installed the “sex_tutoring_patch.rpy” file, it can interfere with the new “sleeping with” function. You may have to manually remove the file from your device, in the same manner you installed it.

  • You will now if you need to do this if when you invite someone to sleep with you, you do not see an image of them sleeping, nor one of them in the morning.

  • If you did not manually add this file in the past, you shouldn’t need to take any action.

v0.60.1

• Fixed a crash that would occur in the new party when Ezri makes you cum.

• Added a “girlfriend status” cheat to the character affection section. This lets you toggle girlfriend status with characters who have it available. This is an experimental cheat, it is advised you make backup saves before using it.
